I would definitely recommend the place. Chryssa and her family run the hotel together, they are very friendly and helpful. There was enough equipment to cook everything in the room we stayed in. There were even toothbrushes, wet wipes, etc. in the toilets. The cleaning done regularly every day made me feel as comfortable as I was at home. Its location was ideal for the holiday we planned, it was at a convenient distance from the beaches we wanted to go to and in one of the most central places on the island. Markets, cafes, etc. everywhere could be easily reached by walking. Despite this, we were not exposed to any noise in our room, because it was in a quiet location on the street we were on. The equipment in the room and the sitting area on the balcony allowed us to have breakfast comfortably in the room. Apart from all these, it is a great advantage that the hotel has its own parking lot. If I come again, I will stay here again.

Heleni from the restaurant staff served us with the most professional, punctual and heart warming manner. Eva- front desk from reception gave us the most excellent care, making sure to give us information, transfer to Airport, best surprise in room for my birthday. -delicious breakfast while sitting by the pool, the best; - very good wine spumante dolce; We would most definitely come back! I had an amazing time at this hotel. Very good food, near the beach. The staff is so nice we were like best friends. Mary is so sweet, she always helped us with everything. Klaila is a lovely person, she smiled all the time and made my day very beautiful. Kostas made the best cocktails I had in my life, he is a pro and very nice human. Me and my bf enjoyed this holiday and I can't be more grateful for this hotel and his staff. If you want a beautiful place choose Zakynthos and stay at Exotica, you will not regret. I recently had the most incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was met with exceptional service that exceeded all my expectations. The highlight of my trip was celebrating my birthday during my stay. To my surprise, the staff surprised me at midnight with a mouthwatering cake that was the best I've ever tasted! It was a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday extra special. Dimitra, a member of the staff, was incredibly helpful and professional, always wearing a smile. Mike at the bar crafted the most amazing cocktails on the island, if not in all of Greece. The reception girls, including Sotiris, was attentive and assisted us with everything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and Alexandros ensured that our stay was exceptional. The personalized experience provided by the staff was truly outstanding.

Reading some of the negative comments, I admit I was a little bit nervous but once I reached I realized one thing: everything about the Hotel is simply wonderful! Extremely clean rooms and surroundings, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, such kind and professional people doing everything to make you feel at home. Don't trust the negative comments! There is air conditioning in the room, wifi free of charge, free toiletries, literally 5 min very slow walking from the beautiful beach of Kalamaki and around 10 min walking from the main tavernas on the street, plenty of space for parking inside the hotel and outside in the street. If ever back to Zakynthos I'd definitely come back to the same place! ❤
